  1. Proof of Purchase will be required for availing this service.
  2. One year extended warranty would be applicable as per manufacturer’s one year warranty defined under https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-emea-english.html
  3. Any physical damage to the unit apart from the internal issues (battery, hardware among others) will not be covered in the warranty scheme.
  4. Any warranty claim would be rejected for any unit if the unit is serviced/opened by any unauthorized Apple service provider.
  5. Customers are advised to have a backup of their data before handing over the unit for repair.
  6. Any loss of data during the repair process shall not be liable for any compensation regarding data loss.
  7. Extended Warranty is from Elite and is applicable only in Africa.
  8. Extended Warranty is not applicable on Mac Pro, iPad and iPhone
