- Proof of Purchase will be required for availing this service.
- One year extended warranty would be applicable as per manufacturer’s one year warranty defined under https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-emea-english.html
- Any physical damage to the unit apart from the internal issues (battery, hardware among others) will not be covered in the warranty scheme.
- Any warranty claim would be rejected for any unit if the unit is serviced/opened by any unauthorized Apple service provider.
- Customers are advised to have a backup of their data before handing over the unit for repair.
- Any loss of data during the repair process shall not be liable for any compensation regarding data loss.
- Extended Warranty is from Elite and is applicable only in Africa.
- Extended Warranty is not applicable on Mac Pro, iPad and iPhone
